Roll up roll up on Friday March 9th we are throwing a full blown festival fundraiser featuring international, national and local talent in aid of a fantastic cause Leukemia Busters as well as in memory of local DJ, Richard "RJ" Williams.
Spread across 2 Venues, 3 rooms of very different entertainment. Headliners who are more use to filling stadiums, broadcasting to millions or producing massive records will all be crammed in for some seriously intimate raving.
Orange Rooms will be decked out like a Big Top with Live music coming from a host of the U.K's rising stars and established session musicians, joined by a selection of DJs including Bitr8 who is fast making a name for himself as one of the U.K's most exciting DJs.
Pop will be transformed into an amazing urban stage, equipped with beefed up sound, lazers, visuals and more. As if that wasn't enough we are going to be joined by not 1, but 2 headliners!
RAS KWAME (Radio 1Xtra / Orange Hill Productions) will be premiering his new project with Junior Tubby. Joining Ras, will be UK Garage superstar MIKE DELINQUENT whose remixes have been destroying many a dancefloor across the globe. Support comes from the one and only Artful Dodger as well as K1R3Y.
Pop Up with be transformed into a unique loft space perfect for getting your wiggle on to some serious house, disco and techno. Headlining Southampton's best intimate party space will be Tom Budden, ALiVE head honcho, providing support will be junk's young buck Luca Pilato as well as High Tide's gary Bennetton, Steve Knight and Boule.
This event is in loving memory of Richard "RJ" Williams. RJ was an innovator, he pushed new music like nobody before in Southampton and has done since. The most likable person you are ever likely to meet, RJ lit up a room when he walked in. He would do anything for anyone. Which is why we are going hell for leather to make this one hell of a party!!
